Marc Chatel

Marc Chatel is Partner and President of the Group. He has a successful career in different international businesses.

Over the past 17 years, he has put his experience to the service of global entrepreneurs. Marc graduated as a mechanical engineer at the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (“EPFL”) in 1977.

Ninel De-Faveri

Ninel is a Partner and the CEO of the Group, where she has worked since 2005. Ninel  developed her career across various management functions in owner-managed businesses, before embarking on her professional advisory career. Today, Ninel specialises in helping her clients solve complex issues, advising them across all facets of both their businesses and their private lives. After her degree in Law & Political Science from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in Lima, Ninel obtained a Bachelor and a Masters in International Relations from IUHEI (The Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva), an MBA from the University of Geneva and an Advanced Masters in International Taxation from the University of Neuchâtel. She is also a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and holds the CAS Certificate of Advanced Studies in Compliance from the University of Geneva.

Patrick Weber

Patrick has joined the Group in 2004. As a Partner and Director he looks after a portfolio of clients as well as finance and operations. Patrick has 35 years of experience in family offices, international project management, supply chain and customer service. He has been working internationally in large Corporations including 10 years in Logitech. He is a fully qualified member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
